In his professional life Sotiris is results-driven, professional and focused. But he is also the first one to make a joke when things go wrong... before going back to the drawing board to find a solution. He enjoys all new challenges, looks for the global picture and likes to be responsible for end-to-end processes.
Sotiris has been immersed into a multicultural environment very young. He has always shown adaptability to live/study/work in different countries and understand different languages and cultures. Bilingual in French & Greek, he is fluent in English and handles Spanish well. Due to his professional activities in the Netherlands he has also acquired a relatively good level of Dutch. Open-minded he always takes into account differences in cultures and tries to see things differently. In a global economy, we often have to deal with misunderstandings based on different approaches to a business case. Working in multicultural and multilingual environments, he considers that language and cultural background play a vital role in the outcome of a collaboration. Both can be a barrier, but can also be a catalyst for a successful collaboration.
